How did you hear about cosplay and when did you start?
When I went to my first convention (Japan Expo 4 - July 2002), I saw some people dressed as manga/game character. I didn't really understand why and I wasn't interested. A few months later, Calli told me I should cosplay Rikku (FFX) because, in her opinion, I looked like her. I finally did it, it was on Anim Est 1 (May 2003) and I really enjoyed it.

Why do you like cosplay?
I love when people say "Hey look it's xxx! (insert random character name here)". It makes me feel happy because I know my costume is not that bad and people can recognize the character. And french cosplayers are like a big family, I made a lot of new friends because of cosplay.

How do you choose characters you want to cosplay?
I usually cosplay characters I really like, I don't really care about their physical or if I look like them (I don't look like Talim at all, but I really wanted to cosplay her ^^;). And sometimes I really fall in love with an outfit (Manatsu lol), and I cosplay the character even if I've never heard of her before. But it's very rare and I try to play the game/watch the anime before.

How many cosplay did you make? Which is your favorite?
I currently have 15 costumes, but some of them are old (and very ugly). My favorite costume is Kairi (Kingom Hearts 2 version), because I love the character and the game. I'm such a KH2 freak I also like Meroko a lot, because it's the first costume I've been very proud of and I love her outfit (big hat with bunny ears and pink hair )
